Simple in its appearance, stand out in its flavour! 🧨

South coast Gurnard, bones are used to make a bisque that then makes the base to our “risotto”. Tiny dice, or brunoise as our chefs like to say, celeriac, of carrot and fennel act as the rice, cooked in the bisque and finished with butter and lovage. 🎣🥕🪴

As of today we are back open 7 days a week in our bar downstairs! For today and tomorrow from 5pm we are running a snack...
