We are open all weekend and serving up some serious Italian Easter traditions.

Forget the chocolate eggs for a minute, because our kitchen is preparing two incredible specials:

🍝 Maccheroni with a rich, slow-cooked Pork Ragù

🍖 Abbacchio "Scottadito" – Traditional Roman-style lamb chops served with roasted potatoes. (In Rome, "scottadito" literally translates to "burned fingers," because they are so irresistible you can't even wait for them to cool down before grabbing them!).

We have lined up some fantastic wine pairings for both dishes, or you can simply choose your own adventure from our cellar.

This one is deeply personal for me. We are going back to my roots. ❤️🍷

On Friday, March 27th at 7:00 PM, I am incredibly proud to welcome a dear friend and a true master of natural wine to Symposium: Sergio Arcuri.

Sergio is travelling all the way from Cirò, Calabria - the very region where I grew up - to share his philosophy and his extraordinary low-intervention wines with us.

We will be focusing on Gaglioppo, a surprising, ancient grape variety that will completely change the way you look at Southern Italian wine. We will taste two completely different expressions of this incredible grape, and to make it a true Calabrian feast, our kitchen will pair them with three traditional dishes from my childhood.

It’s going to be a beautiful, intimate journey through the flavours and stories of my home. I can't wait to share it with you.

A truly memorable evening with Marina Marcarino from Punset.

The highlights of the night? The absolute surprise on your faces when tasting a real, vibrant Dolcetto. Discovering how beautifully different a white wine like Arneis can be. And, of course, the magnificent Barbaresco.

But our favourite moment came from the kitchen: seeing so many of you try - and completely fall in love with - our traditional pasta with fegatini (chicken livers) for the very first time.

Thank you to Marina, and thank you to everyone who shared this unforgettable night with us.
