Bibendum Claude Bosi's signature restaurant and Oyster Bar, located within the iconic Michelin House.

Claude Bosi’s Oyster Bar stands proudly in the ground floor space of Michelin House. Whilst shellfish is the main highlight of the menu, there are many other dishes to choose from. Sharing platters, family-style feasts and relaxed dining options are what we do best.

n the 1st floor of Michelin House, captivating stained glass windows boast a beautiful setting to arguably one of the most attractive dining rooms there is. Claude Bosi’s cuisine is reassuringly simple, allowing ingredients to be highlighted by their own seasonal qualities. His head chef Francesco runs an immaculately presented kitchen, which provides a fascinating backdrop to the guests’ dining experience. The knowledgeable front-of-house team are guided by legendary Diego Masciaga, and his charming assistant Doriane Stadelmann.

We're excited to share that is joining our team as Culinary Director, teaming up with claudioilluminati_ my Excutive chef and executive pastry and I have known Andre for a long time and followed his career . French culinary expertise will be a massive asset to our business and look forward to be working together. He will helm the kitchen at in Marylebone to start with as Head Chef.
