Meet Greg Wasserman 🇺🇸 🐠
A New York City boy, he most notably tended stations at NYC and before leading bar programs in Colorado and Tampa, amongst others projects.
He’s now joined us 🥳 and will be at the helm of bar.

Marek Matysek was part of our opening team, and spending 6 years at the fish is impressive.
He grew with us and helped us grow too, what a ride this has been!
From Bam-Bou to Sexy Fish, from Hakushu to Chichibu, from hard shake to double shake.
