A cocktail bar, cafe & restaurant, set in the crumbling grandeur of a Georgian town house, built for a Duke in 1758, which somehow seemed to get forgotten by time. By day, we serve the finest Coleman Roast coffee, Breakfast until 12:00 am and Lunch from 12:00. In the evenings, we serve an inventive and original dinner menu (from 18:00), to accompany expertly-crafted cocktails, and carefully selected wines.

·AM (9:30am- 5pm) and PM shifts (5pm - 1am)

·Events Bar Shift

·Cellar Bar Pop ups

Our Ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of one year experience in hospitality in similar bar environment

- Knowledge of classic cocktails and experience in creating them

- A good understanding for wine

-Lead by and reporting back to our events manager and Operations Manager.
-Guests communication for any sort of event (Private dining rooms, House hire, large restaurant bookings and canapes events).
-Demonstrating to clients strong knowledge our venue and vendor offerings and taking clients on tours of venue possibilities
-Creating event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline.
-Planning event aspects, such as menus, seating and timings in commincation with the kitchen.
-Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organising vendors
-Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary and overseeing the team on duty.

Ideal candidate:
-A minimum of three years experience in hospitality/ events and skills in team leading.
-Start date immediate.
A desire to learn and grow with us as a company.
-A love of hospitality and working busy service.
