Weybourne is a vibrant care home in Abbey Wood, part of Avante Care & Support, a not-for-profit charity organisation dedicated to providing high-quality dementia care, residential care, and respite care. The health and well-being of our residents are at the heart of everything we do at Weybourne. We prioritise creating an enriching and vibrant environment, ensuring our residents live fulfilling days in the next life chapter. Weybourne Care Home has an enriching environment and encourages residents to connect, socialise and embrace this new life chapter. We aim for care home living to be a space to learn new skills, make new connections and experience a fulfilling daily life. With our person-centred care approach at Weybourne, we support and celebrate individuals to help them feel valued and heard. We offer 24-hour residential care, including specialist dementia care and respite care. Our respite care service offers caregivers and family carers an opportunity to have a break from responsibilities. Weybourne Care Home has received a CQC rating of ‘good’ and has excellent staffing levels, guaranteeing exceptional person-centred care. Our committed team focuses on the health and well-being of our residents, helping with any extra support, including daily tasks, companionship, and activity guidance. With more than 700 entries, being selected as a finalist is an outstanding recognition of the dedication, compassion and professionalism shown every day by our teams. This achievement reflects the exceptional care delivered across our homes and services and our commitment to supporting everyone to live a vibrant and fulfilling life.

We look forward to joining fellow finalists at the awards ceremony on the 19th November at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, where the winners will be announced.
