āTaste Through Timeā lets you try our spirit at every stage of the journey, from fresh off-the-still moonshine (new make), through our 1 and 2 year cask-aged expressions, all the way to 3 years oldā¦ when it can officially be called whisky.
What makes it even more interesting? Weāre making whisky the American way, right here in London. Same mash bill style, same virgin charred oak barrels, same grain-to-bottle process that gives bourbon its signature flavour profile. So when people say it tastes like a bourbonā¦ theyāre not wrong.
