Egg London is one of the capital's longest-running and most influential clubs and it is now heading into a fresh era under all-new management company Chapter 1 Creations. The Loft, Middle Floor and Garden arenas have all been extensively renovated with upgraded sound systems for a busy winter season with an essential mix of artists across house, techno, melodic, Afro, Amapiano and more. Long-stand
ing promoter Ali Bee and former head of operations Sen Jay have come together to establish Chapter 1 Creations and take over from original Egg founder Laurence Malice. They bring with them many years experience of putting on a wide range of events in the award-winning, 1000-capacity nightclub housed in a former Victorian warehouse and the first thing they have done is renovate the venue and its sound systems to keep it one step ahead of the curve. "We’re extremely passionate about preserving this historic nightclub while driving it forward with our recent renovation works. For over two decades, we’ve set the standard for unforgettable clubbing experiences and we're dedicated to ensuring that legacy continues." The developments have included stylish renovation across three areas, The Loft, The Middle Floor and The Garden. The main room now has an upgraded d&b Audiotechnik sound system, the legendary KV2 Audio system on the middle floor has also been updated and the Funktion One in the Loft has been reconfigured for increased clarity. "As we enhance the venue with state of the art production, upgraded facilities and a renewed focus on exceptional customer service including a new security team, Egg London remains committed to its heritage while embracing the future." Egg London has also partnered with London Sound Academy to offer an exciting new DJ course. Taught at the club across six sessions by LSA tutors, students will be able to practise on a proper club sound system and all graduates will receive LSA certification and a spot to perform at the venue. Opened in May 2003 by Malice, the space that was once a Victorian warehouse was transformed into a cutting-edge club known as Egg and has since built up a storied history and hosted many legendary DJs, brands and parties. The venue now includes The Main Room with epic vibes thanks to its cavernous high ceiling and cutting-edge production. The Middle Floor is the heartbeat of the club and is where discerning clubbers get down in an intimate space with unrivalled sound from the high-spec KV2 Audio sound system, long considered one of the best in the capital. Add in The Loft for smaller, more relaxed gatherings plus 3 extensive outdoor areas which offer perfect settings for summer day parties or relaxed winter hangouts and you have a club that offers a 360 experience and caters to any occasion.
