This iteration of our ‘meet the team’ series is a double featurette! ‼️

James (left) and Agnieszka (right) decided that they didn’t want to do individual posts for each of them, but decided that that if they did it together, they can avoid being the centre of attention.

James, a dedicated member of our Front of House team, state that his fun fact was that has eaten 3 Big Macs in 3 minutes. I am just as horrified as you are, but unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I am unable to verify this claim.

Agnieszka, another fantastic Front of House team member, stated that she has an “invisible boyfriend”. I also couldn’t assert if this claim is true. But, I should mention that she insists that he, infact, “works at another pub”.

Our very own Sylwia has been selected as a finalist McMullen's Brewery & Pubs Mixologist of the Year!

Her Apple Pie Martini, inspired by the fact that her home country of Poland is an exporters of apples, is a delicious blend of vodka, cinnamon, and Apple juice (amongst other ingredients… 👀)

We all wish Sylwia the very best of luck for the competition!

On this edition of our “Meet the Team” series we introduce our latest member: Maddie! 🎉 (Or Maddy, sorry if I’ve gotten that wrong…) 😑

Anyway, Maddie — I’m sticking with that spelling — has already proven to be an excellent member of our team, always keen to give things a go and happy to help.

She has also appeared in the Netflix Series “The Crown” as an extra in season 6, certainly helping to improve the “cool” stats of our rag-tag band helping to keep the Spice of Life alive.
