Big shout to my dietary and weight loss from November 22 May 23. I have lost six stones, I weighed 98( obesity stage )as for today I weigh 92. I will like to weigh in the range of 88 to 85.

The preparation for the light soup/ pepper soup the basic ingredients you will need for the soup is🍜 stalk celery, carrots 🥕 broccoli stem🥦 red peppers, onions 🧅 white and red onion, tomatoes 🍅 and scotch bonnet and then bring all the ingredients into the pot and boil until is soft cooked add all to the blender.
