On 7th July, we're welcoming acclaimed chef Nathaniel Mortley to Galvin Bistrot & Bar for an exclusive collaboration with our Chef Director, Arturo Granato.

Founder of 2210 by NattyCanCook, Nathaniel has earned recognition from the Michelin Guide and was named a 'One to Watch' by Condé Nast Traveller.

Expect a one-off menu where bold Pan-Caribbean flavours meet refined Mediterranean technique. ✨
