HUCKSTER takes inspiration from the late 1980’s lower Manhattan glamour and grit, a street scene. With the full details of what will be available at HUCKSTER deliberately being kept under wraps until launch, the broad offer will include quality street food TRUE Burgers from Bermondsey Biscuit Factory street market, Crooked Peel - NY Sourdough Pizza from ‘Lunch Out’s’ food market in Chelsea Harbour, Wonton W***y- Vegan Noodle Soup, RUMBL. ‘chips dips and whips’ and Bubble Gods Waffle Cones – Hong Kong dessert offer, amongst others, will be part of a changing food scene, together with coffee and pancake breakfasts and a DJ led 80’s and contemporary soundtrack. A focus on non-alcoholic and strong and fast cocktails together with an American craft beer wall will feature in the evenings. Alongside the food and cocktail offering, HUCKSTER will have bookable areas, including CHINATOWN and Rubell’s (named in honour of the legendary late founder of STUDIO 54 and Palladium in NYC) a karaoke bar with booths available for hire for up to 30 people and the first graffiti’d SUBWAY car to be installed in a bar environment.
