Opened in 1998 by Breaks DJ, Sushi Chef & Author James Goodman, Fluid is a popular, split-level, late-night bar, club and Sushi restaurant situated in the heart of Clerkenwell. References to Japanese culture are intergrated into the contemporary design, with futuristic graphics complimenting the retro, tabletop arcade games, low-level spaces and sumptuous cocktails with an eastern twist. Specializing in mouth-watering edibles and fine audibles, Fluid continues to programme first-rate music/club nights, mid-week acoustic sessions, quizzes and film screenings, credibly and creatively holding its own, in an area known for larger venues..
