Expect a seasonal farm-led menu featuring everything from aged Aurox beef tartare with bone marrow emulsion to mixed grill, beef heart skewer and stuffed beef heart tomato, all finished with beef suet summer pudding & clotted cream.

These dinners are all about celebrating incredible producers, great wines and the stories behind the food we serve.

These nights always fill up quickly, so if you’d like to secure a table we’d recommend booking sooner rather than later.

A DAY OF EATING & DRINKING OUR WAY THROUGH KENT 🐷🍷 // We recently headed out to Kent to spend time with some incredible producers and honestly… it was a proper reminder of how much care and work goes into great food and wine.

One of the highlights was visiting a farm to meet some extraordinary Tamworth pigs, one of the oldest pig breeds still thriving in the UK. Nestled within an old orchard surrounded by acorns, it genuinely felt like pig heaven.

We also spent the day with learning more about their approach to farming, where animal welfare and environmental preservation sit at the heart of everything they do.

And of course there was wine… thanks to Nick and Kirsty at for such a brilliant visit filled with bubbles, laughter, great company and some seriously good English sparkling wine.
