DID YOU KNOW:
Pinot Noir is a thin-skinned black grape with often low tannin and pale colour. It is typically vinified as a single varietal and produces its best wines when grown in moderate or cool regions such as Burgundy & Champagne (France), Carneros & Russian River (California) and in most of New Zealand. Consumed whilst still young, it has lovely fresh aromas and flavours of red soft fruits 🍓🍒 The very best examples have a surprising ability to age, developing gamey, meaty and truffle aromas 🦚🦆🦌🍄
