Bar Antoine - Official Page The cocktail list is born of a collaboration between the culinary team and Head Mixologist, Michele Lombardi.

Bar Antoine is the vibrant epicentre of the Pavyllon London experience, where you can gather around tables, pull up seats at the bar and relax on the terrace. Reinvented classics sit alongside original, crafted creations, including Chef Yannick’s signature Allenotics (the reinvented Gin & Tonic) and his spirit-free extractions. The drinks are complemented by a selection of small plates and main dishes perfectly executed and blissfully uncomplicated. More than a bar, this is a happy and fun place to celebrate, converse and connect – a beautiful tribute to the joyful spirit of Chef Yannick’s late son, Antoine. Artist Andrea Collesano was specially commissioned by Chef Yannick to create bespoke drawings for Bar Antoine’s crockery collection. Having collected his pieces for years, Alléno adores the intricate, natural elements of his work. Collesano is renowned for the dreamlike beauty of his work, Inspired by the ancient and lost art of symbolic and naturalistic engravings which provide the perfect canvas for Bar Antoine’s culinary artistry.

One night, two bars, unmistakably French cocktails 🍸

Last night, LE SYNDICAT joined us behind the bar for a little Paris-meets-Mayfair affair.

Six signature cocktails, plenty of shaking and stirring, and a room full of people ready to drink very well. A French cocktail pairing we’d been waiting for, and one we won’t forget anytime soon! 🇫🇷

It’s been a busy week for Bar Antoine, taking the Cornichon Martini on tour through the town 🍸

Where should we visit next?

The Cornichon Martini is on the move through Mayfair 🍸

Yesterday, on a beautiful London evening, we headed into Mayfair to offer local residents and friends a taste of our signature creation.

With the help of the team at Pavyllon London (and their delicious cheese soufflé) it was a fantastic evening celebrating the last of the summer.
