I've been very busy, helping my clients plan and prepare for the next few months and one of the best ways to plan ahead is to plan great inductions for your Senior Teams.

Sometimes, knowing the absolute basics (what time the rubbish has to go out for example) can make all the difference to a successful day.

Monday mornings started early with and their owner Glen, working through all of his to do lists; to make sure he's set and ready to begin selling his wonderful lounge wear (which I'm lucky enough to be able to try also!)

Starting a business can be tough and I've been able to support him with things that you'd often not consider (just how many different rates are there for PDQ purchases!?) I've asked him some tough questions to make sure he has the answers.

The brand launches soon and I'm excited to have supported this LGTBQI company.
