Join us at Wild IS Earth for an intimate, guided wine tasting in collaboration with Lady of the Grapes — celebrating wines crafted exclusively by female winemakers.

This is not just a tasting, but a journey.

We’ll explore a carefully curated selection of organic, biodynamic and low-intervention wines — from lively pét-nats and fresh, mineral whites to textured orange wines and elegant, expressive reds.

Each bottle carries a story of land, intuition and craft.
Each glass, an invitation to slow down, taste deeply, and connect.

Expect a relaxed, candlelit atmosphere with space for curiosity, conversation and discovery — slightly unconventional, beautifully intentional, and very much in the spirit of Wild IS Earth.

Come alone or with someone you love — this is about shared experience, not expertise.

Thirsty Thursdays aren’t just “open bar” nights. They’re open-ecosystem nights.

Wild IS Earth is a living lab shaped by tea, sugar, fungi, microbes, and whoever walks through the door. Every batch of kombucha is part chemistry, part choreography. Yeast and bacteria negotiating like tiny diplomats. SCOBY growing like bio-architecture. Spent tea reborn as mushroom substrate. Nothing wasted. Everything transforming.

And you’re invited into that loop.

FOR ARTISTS, MUSICIANS & WILD CREATIVE MINDS

If you’re a painter, poet, bio-designer, maker, chef, fermenter, coder, dreamer; this is a space to network, experiment or simply exist in creative company. Some Thursdays stay gentle. Others turn into spontaneous jams, sketchbook circles, spoken word, design debates, or someone quietly building the next strange beautiful thing upstairs.

HARVEST SCOBY DAY 🜃✨

The mighty SCOBY… honestly, it never stops amazing!

This one organism can become anything:
SCOBY calamari for plant-based feasts, soothing face masks, rich compost, even table lamps glowing like soft moons. These are just some of the ideas I’m bringing more in-house for the future at WISE....and yes, u heard it here first! 😂🤌🏼

Honour me with a visit behind the scenes. I’ll soon be sharing microbrewery tour dates and the first wave of our kombucha classes:

Mushrooms are fruiting inside a glass jar at Wild IS Earth, their mycelium stitching a glowing white network like a tiny universe — all grown from materials that most people throw away.

This whole jar is a closed-loop ecosystem:
Fallen & Felled sawdust + WISE kombucha spent tea from every brew becoming a living, breathing mycelial world.

And a little shout to the Negroni Award for helping get things kick-started — fuelling the circular experiments and the wild ideas that turn waste into life.

Come by the brewery and see them before harvest. They’re quietly spectacular. 🌿🜃🍄
