Home Radio presents Ludi Club — a games night rooted in making home through heritage, joy and resistance. Come straight from work, bring your people (or meet some new ones), grab a plate from Original Flava and settle into an evening of games, connection and good company. Everyone’s welcome, with 2-for-1 cocktails & rum punch to ease you into the night.

Frontline at Jumbi: Through Peckham 🌴

Our fifth Frontline at Jumbi piece takes us through Peckham - not as a destination, but as a living tapestry of people, memories, languages, food, music and everyday encounters.

Through Ira Alecia Gardner’s eyes, the streets become a place where home travels with you. Where a bag of home-cooked food can carry generations of love, where familiar faces turn chance encounters into rituals, and where a concrete island can hold “a likkle piece of home”.

It’s a portrait of Peckham shaped by the people who give it meaning - tender, funny, complicated and deeply rooted in community.

Saturday afternoon, Daytime Dance: Dialled In sets the wheels in motion from 3PM, with Deepa, Esk and Mya b2b Shivum on sound.

Think sun on the terrace, something cold in hand, Original Flava Kitchen Residency doing the necessary and selections moving through the afternoon at their own pace. One record becomes another drink, another drink becomes dinner, and suddenly the evening has grown legs. ☀️

Then, as the light fades, the rest of JUMBI starts to stir. Rare Treat, Sameed and Maximum Haze carry things into the evening across the Vinyl Bar and Terrace.

THIS SATURDAY - DAYTIME DANCE GETS A WAREHOUSE & SOUNDSYTEM EXTENSION. 🔊☀️

This Saturday, we’re stretching the day all the way into the early hours - three spaces, multiple sounds and one very SPECIAL DAY to add to the WAREHOUSE WEEKENDER.

Start on the Terrace from 3PM as CoOp Presents takes over with Steffi Bricks🌴 , Ig Culture & , setting the tone for an open-air afternoon of deep selections and soulful rhythms.

Inside the Warehouse from 4PM, Rage ft darrisondarry bring four hours of Roots, Dub & Reggae. One bag of vinyl, one bag of vibes. Needle drops at 4PM.

Then as the sun goes down, the warehouse keeps moving with .ems , 🔪📿⛓ 𝔣𝔞𝔱-𝔩𝔦𝔭 📿🧿⚔️ , Donut & Kemarr , taking us deeper into the night.

And because every good dance needs fuel, come down early for an Original Flava Kitchen Residency feast, grab a drink and settle in before the music takes you from afternoon into night.

We’re halfway through the week, we got some legends in the building.. which means the warm-up starts now.

All week long we’re easing you into Carnival the JUMBI way — come for dinner, stay for a drink, catch a few records, find yourself dancing on the terrace and let the night stretch a little further than planned.

Then, when Sunday comes, we close our doors and take the whole JUMBI family west for 60 years of Notting Hill Carnival. Breaking bread with the homies at overjoyed line up looking mighty!!!!

LINETT KAMALA AKA SOUND SYSTEM QUEEN PRESENTS: THE LISTENING SESSION 🔊

Four decades of Carnival. Four decades of records, stories and sounds.

Next Tuesday, Linett Kamala brings her listening session to JUMBI as part of the Hennessy 60 Years of Carnival Sounds takeover.

From being the first female DJ to play at Notting Hill Carnival in 1985 to serving today as one of its Board Directors, Linett has lived through generations of Carnival culture.

Expect an intimate evening of sonic discovery as she shares stories, memories and personal selections from across her four decades in the Carnival scene.
