15ml..Cointreau infused with Masala Chai
10ml..Banana Liquor
10ml..Creme de Figue
10ml..Supasawa
This cocktail tells a story about Slovakian fighter pilot Jan Palak, who was part of famous 303 Squadron fighting in Battle of Britain. As a foreigner who came in complete new world and started to discovering his surroundings. On his days off he used to drive around in sidecar with his girlfriend( British 🇬🇧)and he fall in love with London, especially Bricklane, where he was introduced to completely new flavours, as a figue or banana. He was also pretty familiar already with liquor as a cognac or cointreau, because that was part of his support from the army anyway😅.
As a sourness i decided to use , because this new product which contains mix or 5 acids and also keep your drink clear.
My cocktail is served in Nick&Nora glass , which is actually from country where i am from , Slovakia 🇸🇰.
As garnish i am using dried banana and citrus smoke( ), because of both, sidecars and war machines used to produce hell loads of smoke back in days.
