Using the fish cake made with the best quality fish caught in Busan, fish cake soup is a soul food for Koreans. Sweet Seoul
The cocktail Sweet Seoul was presented by Ogam’s owner/bar tender Tae-yeol Kim, at the La Galaries Fayette Paris for the Paris-Seoul collaborated event in 2020.
Sweet Seoul is inspired by the sweet memories he had when he visited Seoul for the first time as a young boy. It is made with Hwayo (soju), mixed with white grape candy, fresh lemon juice and sparkling water.

Gim-mari
Gim-mari is a deep-fried seaweed roll made by rolling glass noodles. This addicting Korean street food is very crispy on the outside, and is a perfect combination with Tteok-bokki!

With espresso carefully extracted from selected coffee beans, Barcardi spiced rum aged for three months with coffee beans in a French oak cask, and top-quality vodka - Mr. Kim’s Black Russian finally becomes ready-to-serve after mixing them well with the ‘Shakerato’ way. On top of the deep flavour and aroma from the coffee, the creamy foam layer gives an extra velvety texture to the drink.
