I canā€™t wait for this! On Wednesday May 20th Iā€™m getting in our kitchen to host the third edition of our supperclub series. Iā€™ll be cooking up a 4 course menu of some of my favourite dishes
Weā€™ll start with canapĆ©s that draw from my Swedish heritage.
Followed by gambas al ajillo. One of my all time favourite Spanish starters inspired by my childhood spent in Cadaques.
Main will be my death row meal - steak and chips
And finishing with profiteroles.. because who doesnā€™t love a profiterole?
