💘 For the love of Valentine’s 💘

We’ve put together a Valentine’s Day menu perfect for celebrating with your one true love - or if your one true love is chicken!

At Marsha Soho and South Bank on Tuesday February 14th, you can enjoy a special three-course menu (£30) of romantic twists on our best-loved dishes - scroll through the images to check them out.

We’ll be giving both venues a romantic makeover - when you step onto the rooftop at Marsha South Bank, with those views across the river, we guarantee your face will turn into the heart-eyes emoji! 😍

We’re also throwing a Valentine’s brunch across the weekend of February 11th and 12th, with a special Valentine’s cocktail option - details on that are coming VERY soon.

For the love of chicken!

We’ve lovingly crafted our menu by trying to use as much of the chicken as we can - part of our commitment to minimising waste.

All of our higher-welfare chicken is Halal and sourced from the Soanes family farm in Yorkshire, winner of a Great Taste award. where they’re fed on the finest-quality grain, crafted using four generations of farming expertise.

As it's week, we wanted to share how we're tackling this sobering industry statistic by kick-starting the conversation on health and wellbeing with our teams at Marsha South Bank and Soho.

To better understand the needs of our people, and to make sure they are heard, we felt it was important to begin 2023 with a listening exercise.

So we’ve just launched our first anonymous Wellbeing and Engagement survey, designed for us to better understand the needs of our people, so that we can assist wherever we can.

We’re determined to take the learnings from the survey and translate them into a series of actions, delivered across the whole of 2023, that will make a difference to our teams' lives.

We know there’s a long way to go, but we're hopeful this will be a really valuable first step to improving our people's wellbeing.

We've just added some delicious non-alcoholic and lower-alcohol cocktails to our drink list, so will be a doddle! (Or at least slightly easier...) 😇

We're huge fans of , the 0.5% lager that's the official beer of Dry January - and we've just added the Lucky Devil cocktail to our menu, a refreshing blend of the beer, citrus and lemonade. 🍻

We chose as our chicken suppliers because for four generations they've staked their name on traceable, sustainable and responsible farming, with uncompromising animal welfare standards.

It's a family-owned business working with real farmers to protect the environment and produce happy chickens.

The results speak for themselves - not only in the first-rate, succulent chicken you can find on our menus but also in the prizes they've won, like a Great Taste award.

The legendary Buttermilk Fried Crispy Chicken Thigh Burger - one of our most popular dishes ever since it first landed on the menu! 🍔

The juicy Soanes Poultry chicken is made even more tender by the buttermilk, which goes amazingly with the crunchy texture of the coating and our kimchi slaw.
