A gem we came across on our last visit to The Ivy, the Duck liver parfait.
Every year they do a festive menu, and this year did not disappoint with this delight.
Served with caramelised hazelnuts, truffle, redcurrant chutney, and a side of toasted brioche.
Both creamy and delicious, the subtle hints of truffle pair well when mixed with the caramelised hazelnuts, giving it a sweeter taste, balanced out by the redcurrant chutney. We highly recommend you give it a try.
The Ivy is known for its excellent ambience and great service, which is only highlighted by its fabulous menu.
