I am in shock.
Losing a colleague is something I have never experienced before and I can’t express how difficult it is to actually accept the news.
People keep saying that this is life, well, life is unfair.
It’s unfair that someone that would have sacrificed most of his time working so hard won’t be able to make his dreams come true.
He had many goals, plans and his dedication always made me believe that he would succeed in anything in life.
Leo is one of the most talented person I have ever met.
I remember the times he was telling me that he wouldn’t have slept because he was accurately designing this particular stock sistem, specs program or any other IT function that he was already experimenting for his future bar.
He dreamt about that bar so many times as I dreamt to invite him in mine as an inspiration for my future team.
Many people haven’t had the luck to meet him but I did, we did.
For us he has never left and never will.

Dear Leo, you will always be remembered and you will always be part of our journey, as of Kwãnt history.
I’m only glad about the fact that when this happened you were surrounded by your family. They have all our support.

Rest in peace young Leo, you will be missed.
