Concurrent to this 3 weeks Salsa Beginners course we are running a Salsa Improver course from 20.00 to 21.00 on the same dates, for 3 weeks. This is for all of our Salsa students who completed the previous beginners course and are ready to move on to a higher level of dancing!

Our next Salsa Night at Crystal Palace London is Wed 1 Feb 2023 - the hall is booked this coming week and sadly, we did not get much notice about it. Luckily this is the first time this has happened and we shall do our best for this not to happen again.

Wed 1 Feb is the start of our new 3 week Salsa Beginners Course. At the same time we make it the last week of your Jan Salsa Course as well - Massimo will weave his magic and make it fun for all of you!

Only one week to go to our Autumn Term of Dancing Fun & Feelgood Yoga!
Autumn is the most wonderful time to look after ourselves. We are being called up to some intensive "selfcare": what can I do to improve my wellbeing?
Dancing & Yoga are the perfect Panacea!

Massimo & I are currently enjoying happy days here together in Austria. The weather is glorious and inviting us to take beautiful walks in the magnificent woods here close to my new home. This picture of the cyclamen is of one of those walks.

Next Mon 5 Sep 22 sees the start of our 14 week Autumn Term with our Livestream of Zumba Gold & Salsa, Yoga & Zumba! New: Massimo will be dancing with us at our Friday Zumba Classes as well!!!

Wed 7 Sep 22 14 weeks of Salsa Dancing Fun in London Crystal Palace! Massimo is very much looking forward to seeing you all back on the dance floor at the amazing Phoenix Community Center:
