Brilliant straw yellow with delicate green reflections. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers, citrus, crisp green apple, pear and hints of peach. On the palate it is fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced, with lively acidity, a subtle mineral salinity and a clean, refreshing finish. Elegant, easy to drink and full of character.
