Looking for something to look forward to after pupillage applications? Look no further.

Join us on Friday 13 February for the AGIS Winter Ball, themed 'Rite of Spring' 🌸

🕰 6:30pm – 11:30pm
🥂 Drinks reception
🍽 Dinner served at 7pm
🎶 Live music throughout the evening

👗 Dress code: Ball gowns, formal suits, or white tie — slightly more relaxed than traditional formalwear to embrace that spring energy. This includes whatever fancy dress you may have in your wardrobe - tartan, black tie, or a glitter smoking vest. 🪩
✨ Best dressed wins a bottle of fizz.

📸 Film cameras will be capturing the night, with photos developed and shared with guests afterwards.

➕ You may bring up to four guests (no need to be students or members of an Inn).

Current GDL or Bar Course student Members can sign up for the opportunity to represent the Inn at a number of prestigious external mooting competitions.

Participation alone is a fantastic learning experience, and needless to say, success in any of these external mooting competitions is a significant achievement, bound to improve pupillage applications.

Applications are open for the following moots:
- The Jessup Moot ⚖️
- European Law Moot Court (ELMC) 🇪🇺
- UKELA Mooting Competitions (Senior & Junior) 🌳
- WMILAR Moot Court / Policy Negotiation Competition 👩‍💼

The deadline for applications is Wednesday 12th November.

Thank you to all who joined us for the AGIS x GIBC Quiz last Wednesday! The evening proved both competitive and entertaining, with teams tackling interesting challenges - from identifying London tube stations to distinguishing opera names from cheese varieties. A special thanks to our dedicated team of organisers who made this event possible.

It was a delight to welcome students from London and the Circuits to the Inn for the AGIS Winter Party last December! It was a memorable evening of dinner and silent-disco dancing underneath the watchful gaze of Elizabeth I’s portrait.

The dancing continues on 6th March at the Gray's Inn Ceilidh - we look forward to seeing you there!
