From our Gardens, straight to your plate 🍎

Freshly picked apples and plums, grown right by the river and making their way from the Gardens into our kitchen and onto your plate.

It doesn’t get much more local, seasonal or sweeter than this.

Our new autumn menu is here, celebrating what’s growing now and making the most of what we grow just a few steps from the Barge.

Come aboard and taste autumn at Barge East.

Ready and set for your autumn, winter and festive celebrations ✨

Our Canopy Dining Room comes with one of the best views in the house, overlooking the river and perfectly placed to catch sunset.

Dinner with friends, birthday celebrations, festive get-togethers or something a little bigger, make this the backdrop.

IT HAPPENED AGAIN. FIVE YEARS. TWO AA ROSETTES. ONE VERY TASTY FIVE-PEAT! 🏆

We've only gone and done it AGAIN! Barge East has been awarded **Two AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence for the FIFTH consecutive year!** 🥂

Five years of brilliant food, creative cooking and a whole lot of hard work from our incredible team. From the chefs making magic in the kitchen to our brilliant bar and front-of-house teams keeping the good times flowing, this one's for ALL of you! ❤️

And what better way to celebrate than with a little look back at some of **our favourites (and yours!) from this summer's menus.** A few dishes we loved creating, serving and seeing you enjoy.

Awards like these don't happen by accident. They take passion, consistency and a team that genuinely loves what they do. We couldn't be prouder.

**A HUGE thank you to our team and to everyone who's joined us aboard.** You're all part of the story.

🥂 Fancy a taste of what all the fuss is about? Our autumn menus are now in full swing.

Picked fresh from the Gardens 🌿

Our lemon verbena is grown, picked and straight onto the menu.

We love growing our ingredients so the kitchen team can literally step outside and pick what they need, when it’s ready.

It makes cooking following the seasons so special.

Our new autumn menu has arrived. Come aboard and discover what we’ve been growing.

Summer might be over, but our Gardens haven’t got the memo 🌿

After a long, hot summer, they’re still beautifully in bloom and there’s plenty of time yet to enjoy one of our favourite spots by the river.

Make the most of our Gardens and stop by this weekend while they’re still looking this good.

Sticky, smoky and absolutely packed with flavour.

The skewers are cooked until beautifully tender, bringing together rich flavours that have made them an instant hit this summer.

Stracciatella (strah-cha-TELL-ah)

Now that we've got that out of the way...

Caught your eye? Just wait until you taste it.

Beer-battered Cornish cod, paired with cavolo nero, caper berries and our warm tartare sauce, a fresh take on a classic, served on the Terrace all summer long.
