Tonight marks the opening of the unique Tête à Tête festival. If you like contemporary opera, the The Cockpit is the place to be for the next fortnight. And if you don't, go and be converted! There is a delectable selection on offer this year, with something for everyone!

Our pick is Anna Vienna Ho 's opera The Trial of the Four - the fourth and final instalment in her “Disciples” section of her Journey to the West opera cycle. Anna's music is full of lyricism and uses a beautiful blend of eastern and western traditions and soundscapes.

Anna was part of the ensemble in our 2023 production of Turandot, and this project brings together fellow Turandot performers Salome Siu (last seen in our double bill Murder Games), Michael Ct Lam and Mandy Liu

This is sure to be an evening of quality entertainment and stunning performances!
