🏃🍺 First one in the books.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the first Stewart Brewing Run Club this evening.

No stopwatches. No pressure. Just a group of folk getting out for a midweek 5K, enjoying some good chat and finishing back at the brewery for a well-earned beer.

Exactly as we’d hoped.

We’re looking forward to seeing this become a regular fixture and welcoming a few more faces each time.

Alright folks, we hope you’ve all rested and recovered from Saturday.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who joined us for Hop Run 2026. And well done to you all for praying to the weather gods and keeping the rain away. Especially after last year’s mudbath.

We got loads of great feedback on the new start locations and we’re delighted so many of you enjoyed the new routes.

Many pints, pizzas and baked tatties were consumed after crossing the finish line. We’d expect nothing less.

A massive thank you to Durty Events, the team at Aaron House Care Home and their awesome residents for helping send each wave of runners on their way.

Thank you to Capital Models for keeping the finish line party going with live music throughout the afternoon.

And of course, a huge thank you to all our staff and volunteers. Events like Hop Run simply don’t happen without the countless people behind the scenes helping with registration, buses, marshaling, pouring pints and making sure everyone had a brilliant day.

Finally, thank you to the unlucky few who were “volunteered” into on-camera interviews with Lewis and Beth. Keep an eye out, the Hop Run video will be landing later this week 🎥

Thanks again for making Hop Run 2026 one to remember.

🏃 Hop Run is tomorrow.

Over 750 of you will be heading off through Roslin Glen, Bilston Woods and the surrounding trails before making your way back to the brewery.

For some it’ll be a PB.

For some it’ll be their first 5K or 10k.

For some it’ll just be an excuse to spend a day outdoors and enjoy a well-earned beer afterwards.

Whatever camp you’re in, we can’t wait to see you.

The pizza ovens are ready.
The beer is cold.
The live music is sorted.

All that’s left is for you to get round the course.

🏃 Stewart Brewing Run Club

We’re launching a new fortnightly Run Club from the brewery, and we’d love to have you along.

The first runs will take place on:

📅 Wednesday 10th June, 6:00PM
📅 Wednesday 24th June, 6:00PM

No racing. No pressure. No one getting left behind.

Just a social 5K run, some fresh air, good company and a chance to meet fellow runners from the local area.

Beth and Etienne will be leading the runs and making sure everyone gets round safely before heading back to the brewery for a well-earned pizza and beer.

Whether you’re a regular runner, getting back into it, or simply looking for an excuse to get out for an evening, you’re very welcome.

🍺 Indie Beer Scotland returns to Edinburgh for 2026.

A full weekend celebrating independent Scottish brewing, with loads of great beer from breweries across the country pouring at The Pitt.
