We are located in Llanllwni West Wales SA40 9SQ We Are Against The Use Of Battery Farming And Our Use Of Suppliers Mirror Our Ethical View Point, Using Local Farms Wherever Possible. The Beef And Lamb We Use Are A Natural Product And As Such Contain Fat Which Enhances The Flavour. Certain Cuts Have A Higher Fat Content, This Is This Is A Natural Part Of The Meat And Should Be Celebrated. our dedicated butcher is Chris Rogers and Son. Our Dedicated supplier for fish is the excellent Swansea Fish and most of our fish is caught by ‘day boat’ fishermen. This ensures the freshest catch by means of inshore netting or line catching fish
