We are extremely busy, and shorter on staff than we would ideally like. We have seen over the first 4 months of the year this isn’t set to change any time soon, as a result we ask you work with us to be able to help you as best as is possible.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲/𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀/𝗠𝗢𝗧
If you choose to call the workshop, use the new enquiry option. Call once and leave a voicemail if not answered. You can leave your contact details and message. You will get a return call as soon as someone is free to call you back and give you the necessary time to cover your enquiry without having ‘in front of them pressures’ rushing the outcome.
If you choose to send us an e mail, head to our website where there is a self-service contact form where you can include all your information and requirements. Please allow up to 2 working days for us to respond with an appointment or estimate included. This is the most effective method as more people can action this for you, however given our lead time is anywhere between 3-6 weeks for various workshop tasks this should be more than acceptable in turnaround time for your requirements.

Use the appropriate option when calling (vehicle on site). Please call once and leave a voicemail. Someone will come back to you as soon as they are free to do so.
Most of the time there is only one service advisor available. They have vehicles currently in the workshop they are looking after, preparing estimates and CitNow health checks, customers collecting in person and going through their paperwork with them, all of this is time consuming and requires concentration on what is in front of them at the time. As a result, it is not always possible to take in bound calls as they happen.

All garages and servicing is the same, right?

First time customer Mr P knew his Audi S4 was overdue a little TLC. The recent inspection we carried out concluded important overdue service work, suspension link arms, brake discs and pads, and a rear wiper unit were needed. What we were amazed to find when carrying out the service and repairs authorised, was that the pollen filter and air filter were the original items 😲

This car has covered 102,000 miles, has reasonable service history documented online, but both the air filter and pollen filter are date stamped 2017. The dust/pollen filter is due every 24 months / 20k miles, and the air filter every 60k miles .

Thanks a lot for the business and patience whilst all the tasks were completed Mr P, we really appreciate it. Lovely example you have there.

Congratulations and huge appreciation to our Master Technician Dale on marking 5 years with the company this month. A true stalwart of those “tricky” jobs, Dale loves nothing more than being elbow deep in heavy repair work or analysing those wiggly lines to understand challenging faults.

Top lads giving their take on Top Awards top apprentice competition 👌

Top achievements from these lads. Our technicians Kieran (left) and Cian (right) have both recieved their qualification certificates. Kieran has recieved his Level 2 and is already getting stuck in to his Level 3 with a variety of tasks in the workshop.
Cian has recieved his Level 3 qualification, which marks the end of the apprenticeship phase. As one door closes, another opens. He has been getting stuck in to training courses beyond his Level 3 qualification and is taking on all manner of diagnosis and repair tasks in the workshop. Some say this is where the real learning starts...

Both the lads also now have increased their IMI Recognition status too, they're now both ⬇️
