We would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone that turned up to our mini zoo on the weekend, we were astounded at the number of people (& children) that came along. A massive thank you to Steve & Matt for the amazing display of just some of their rescue animals, birds & creepy crawlies! You guys are just the best. If you have any photos please send them on for Steve & Matt as they were too busy to take any! Thanks again all ### 🦅🦉🪱🕷️🐞🐜🦄

Thank you so much Sara Fox and Jane for the food donations you brought to us yesterday, they were very much enjoyed by the helicopter crew and firefighters who have all said they will all be dieting when they return home as they have been fed so well!

County Cycles – Merlin Ride Update
Due to the ongoing wildfire situation near Rhandirmwyn, we have made the decision to alter the Merlin Ride route. This is to keep our riders safe and ensure we do not place any additional pressure on the emergency services who are bravely tackling the blazes.
Although this is not the outcome we wanted, the safety of everyone remains at the heart of our decisions.
Thankfully, dedicated volunteers are already out signing the new route. A massive thank you also goes to Myddfai Community Hall for going above and beyond in offering us the use of their hall for our food station at such short notice. We cannot thank our wonderful hosts enough for their incredible response and effort — nothing short of exceptional community spirit.
For those wanting the new route details, please bear with us while we update the current one on Plotaroute. We will email all entrants later today with the full information.
Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the fires.
