Evan Evans is founded on a rich heritage, with 249 years of brewing excellence running throughout the family history. We are a proud West Wales company, brewing traditional ales using state of the art facilities. Our brewery is based in the picturesque town of Llandeilo, on the edge of the Black Mountains in rural Carmarthenshire.

Meet the brewer!

This is our wonderful brewer James - 7th generation for the Buckley family. Starting his career at just 18 - he now has logged more brewing years than he'd like us to admit!

James works hard to ensure our beer quality is at it's highest and is always looking at new ways to innovate.

On Valentine’s Day 1996, we gave a "gift to beer lovers"—the birth of Tomos Watkin. As a descendant of the Rev. James Buckley, brewing is in my blood. To day Evan Evans, and the export of beer all across Europe.

Rallying Call to all Welsh farmers! Save Welsh Jobs drink Welsh Ale!

The nation's publicans and brewers do their best to stock Welsh farm produce; now we need your help.

The brewing and hospitality sector in Wales is suffering following two miserable budgets and impossible increases in costs and overheads.

Now is the time for us to work together, and to make sure that Welsh Farmers support the Welsh Brewing industry by buying great Welsh beers and cider this Christmas. Instead of buying the national brewers' brands, try something good and local; it's a natural fit for great Welsh Food, great Welsh beer, and don't forget the pub for great Welsh Hospitality.

Now's the time to rally the troops, Gareth Wyn Jones this is one for you!
