Here we go, new brewery, new warehouse, and the starts of a new team. In the next 10 days we are sending 60,000 bottles of Christmas b**r to Sweden. This puts us at the top of the small-brand export leaderboard. Yet again flying the flag for Wales.

New customers coming, and the launch of a rebrand of core bottle b**rs, all great stuff.

Watch this space, new look Evan evans, new cask and keg brands coming, along with a new range of can b**rs.... this is what we are good at... new web shop coming soon...

Meet the brewer!

This is our wonderful brewer James - 7th generation for the Buckley family. Starting his career at just 18 - he now has logged more brewing years than he'd like us to admit!

James works hard to ensure our b**r quality is at it's highest and is always looking at new ways to innovate.

Over the next few weeks - we will be posting snippets of James' brewing days and giving you the opportunity to ask lots of questions!

They said it couldn't be done.

On Valentine’s Day 1996, we gave a "gift to b**r lovers"—the birth of Tomos Watkin. As a descendant of the Rev. James Buckley, brewing is in my blood. To day Evan Evans, and the export of b**r all across Europe.

We’ve seen it all over the last 30 years:

Breaking the "English b**r" monopoly in Wales.
Surviving industry shifts and environmental disasters.
Covid
National Brewers lock outs
Championing real hops and natural ingredients.

I’ve spent three decades holding the flag for Welsh brewing. Here’s to the next chapter of independence. 🍻
