It’s been a while in the making but we are very proud to announce that The Tower FC is now officially up and running if you would like to give them a follow ⚽️🎉 massive well done to Sean Aird 👏👏👏

As maybe some of use seen on the pub page, we are absolutely delighted to announce the start of a football team at the tower bar. We look forward to the season ahead in Leafa Sunday league.

We start pre season next week which anyone who is interested in coming along to is more than welcome. Details will come in a following post.

Over the next couple days and weeks, we will post about the team behind the scenes of it all.

The Alexander Gilmour Memorial Darts Competition (The Gandhi Shield) will be held upstairs in the tower on Saturday 20th June. We will be starting registration at 6.45 and looking to get underway by 7.30. Please let Derek Gilmour know if you are interested in participating.

Sadly the band Distant Echo who were supposed to play Saturday night have had to cancel as one of their members has been rushed in to get a stent fitted, hopefully he makes a full and speedy recovery, so we were a bit stuck but your favourite Jimmy has saved the day and Saturday night is now an awesome 80s night 💃 🪩 🕺🏼
