Easter pancakes!!! 🐰🐣🥚 Hope your Easter brekkie was as yummy as this 😍

Pancake recipe:
300g self raising flour
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
400ml milk (any dairy free alternative should be fine)

Throw 🔙 to a few years ago when I got annoyed at everyone buying all the good Easter eggs so decided to just make my own. I took loads of orders for them and then quickly realised that I hated tempering chocolate 🙃

I'm going to be at Mossley Hill Makers Market tomorrow! It's at St Matthew and St James Church, Rose Lane, L18 8DB and I'll be there from 10:30-15:30. It's free entry, dog friendly, there's toilets and a cafe on site for tea/coffee/butties. I don't have a card machine so pleaseee bring change. There's 30 other local makers there so should be fab! I think I've baked a bit too much (whoops) but some things will sell out quicker than others so come early to avoid disappointment!
I'll be bringing lots of brownies, blondies, rocky road and brookies (brownie stuffed cookies). Hope to see you there x
