With autumn just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to enjoy our collection of red w**es 🍷

Château de Parenchère Bordeaux Supérieur -
Cab Sauv & Merlot blend, with strong cherry and chocolate flavours balanced by medium tannins.

Bee Side Grenache - Bursting with red fruit aromas that are balanced by oak from one year of barrel ageing in the Roussillon region.

Casa Bonita Malbec - Juicy Spanish Malbec with notes of blackberry compote, warm spice and cocoa.

We’ve always loved bringing Pastel de Natas to Castle Street, so we thought it was about time we turned the dessert into a cocktail.

Takamaka spiced rum, Licor 43, citrus and vanilla syrup clarified with condensed milk and topped with a Pastel de Nata foam.

Papaya, vanilla and custard flavours combine in this liquid version of Portugal’s best sweet treat.

We’ve got a lot of new things for you to try on Castle Street, with our w**e list now doubling in size and some new Summer cocktails on the menu.

We’re excited to tell you all about everything that’s on it, but right now here’s a focus on our House Paloma that has stayed on the menu, this time with a further savoury element.

We loved seeing people drinking outside as the sun shined on Castle Street this week, so we’re bringing back a deal that makes it even easier to grab a sangria on a school night.
