Our newest cocktail is a special one 🐝 The Beekeeper was crowned the winner of The Botanist’s summer cocktail competition.

Over 50 team members from across The Botanist entered their botanical liquid creations, and the winning cocktail, crafted by Mackenzie Heppenstall, bartender at The Botanist Barnsley, was selected out of 11 finalists by our Head Botanist and a panel of drinks experts.

A ray of sunshine in a glass - Absolut Vanilia Vodka, St-Germain and Avallen Calvados Apple Brandy shaken with lemon and apple juices and salted honey syrup.

It's the bee's knees!
