Tucked away below the hustle and bustle of Hope Street, The Pen Factory is the reincarnation of the original Everyman Bistro. Culinary entrepreneur Paddy Byrne recreated the same relaxed atmosphere in this new home just next door, and customers can expect the same friendly welcome and quality food and drink. With a wide selection of spirits, wines and beers on the menu and seasonal plates perfect

for sharing, customers can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in the buzz of our subterranean home or in the quiet oasis of our garden. Taking inspiration from the Lang Pen Company which operated here in the late 1800's, we're building on our own Hope Street history and writing the next chapter at The Pen Factory.
