We are a neo bistro and bar in Liverpool serving simple and seasonal food, natural wines and killer cocktails. We use local ingredients when when it makes sense, prepare all the cool stuff in house ourselves, and buy from friends when possible. Whether we're creating new dishes, mixing drinks, or choosing new wine or coffee, people and produce are at the heart of everything we do.

Throughout lockdown we crossed paths with the wonderful team at and another price of the Belzan puzzle fell into place. We’d been looking for a local producer that was interested in growing for flavour over everything else. Cinderwood is a one acre market garden in Cheshire, built upon a relationship between a grower and a chef who believe in farming food for flavour. We loved everything about their project that we saved a permanent spot on our me u for whatever they have available to us that week. From farm to table, served simply, and always delicious.

It’s so good to be back. The response has been amazing and so to celebrate, we’ll be open this bank holiday Sunday too! If you haven’t been able to find a table recently this is your chance. We just opened the booking diary and Sunday is wide open! Go go go!!
