I am the owner of the animals on park wall road. To the gentleman regarding your repeated trespassing onto my field. You have been recorded on CCTV jumping over my gate and entering the field on multiple occasions. There are also clearly visible signs stating NO TRESPASSING.

On your most recent occasion, you removed the cover that I had secured around my hay ring. This cover was put there specifically to prevent my ponies from getting inside the hay ring. Because you removed it, one of my ponies subsequently became stuck inside the hay ring.

This is not acceptable. You are putting my animals at risk, as well as potentially putting yourself at risk by entering a field containing animals without permission.

Please take this as a final warning. Do not enter my field, climb my gates or fences, or interfere with any of my property or animal equipment again. If you do so, I will have no choice but to take the matter further and provide the CCTV footage and details of the incidents to the relevant authorities.

I would much rather resolve this without taking it any further, but the safety and welfare of my animals has to come first. You do not have permission to enter my land for any reason. Thank you 🙂

⏰ Open 7 days a week, 10:00am–5:00pm (last admission 4:00pm), until the sunflowers finish blooming

🚗 Free parking
🚂 Accessible from Hightown Train Station via Sandy Lane (approximately a 15-minute walk)
🚲 Bicycle parking available

🧺 Large picnic area with benches (you’re very welcome to bring your own picnic 😊)

P.S. 🥾 Sensible footwear is recommended, as the field is quite dusty at the moment due to the hot, dry weather and our sandy soil. 👖 Long trousers are also advised for the straw bale play area and woodland.

🌿 The Sunflower Stroll is a natural environment, so please be aware of hazards such as uneven paths, nettles, prickly plants, biting insects and other natural obstacles. Children must be supervised at all times.

🌻 We always do our very best to create the most beautiful sunflower field possible. Even when Mother Nature throws us challenges such as drought, wind, storms, hungry wildlife, weeds or plant diseases, we do our best to respond with positivity and creativity. That’s farming, that’s nature, and it’s what makes every season unique! We enjoy the challenge…most of the time 🫣!! 🌻 Every year teaches us something new!!

Who is responsible for the hedging when leaving the village heading towards the petrol station please, it's all overgrown onto the path and my children are having to ride on the road as there's no room. Thanks

Morning who normally cuts the grass between the two farms and along the other field just past the donkeys? The public footpaths are so overgrown at the moment and it's hard to get through.
