The Slaughter House is Liverpool’s oldest pub and is based in the centre of Liverpool’s bustling restaurant and business quarter on Fenwick Street, just off James Street. If you’re looking for live sport, then look no further than The Slaughter House. We have several large screens located throughout the pub and show all of the major sporting events throughout the year, anything from football to world-title fights. We are an official Carling Premier League pub and feature all of the Premier League and Champion’s League matches shown live on both Sky Sports and BT Sports. If you are a lover of horse-racing, you’ll be glad to know that we also show live racing on both Racing UK and At The Races. COMEDY

The Slaughter House is also the home to one of the best comedy clubs in the country and Liverpool’s number one comedy club - Laughterhouse. Located in the basement of the pub, Laughterhouse has played host to some of the UK comedy’s biggest names including John Bishop, Sarah Millican and Jason Manford.
