Brink Liverpool The Brink is a trailblazing recovery social enterprise delivering fresh life style choices; revolutionising how we eat, drink and play
(749)

Established in 2011, The Brink is the UK’s first dry bar and restaurant located in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. It is renowned for serving an imaginative array of non-alcoholic beverages, as well as locally sourced fresh food at an affordable price. Popular amongst the recovery community, students, families and the general public alike, the Parr Street venue is often referred to as a thrivi

ng social hub, as it provides an inviting space for everyone of all walks in life. The Brink often showcases an array of music, arts, and lifestyle events on a regular basis. From music gigs, comedy shows, guitar lessons, health workshops and fairs – the venue hosts an eclectic mix of live entertainment. As Action on Addition’s flagship social enterprise, all The Brink’s profits go directly back into the community to fund support for those who have suffered through alcoholism and addiction. The venue is staffed by people who have had problems with alcohol in the past; providing those in recovery with an opportunity to re-enter the workforce. The recovery side of things is what makes The Brink unique - however it is the venue’s fresh and novel offerings that shape it as a good all-rounder.
