We hope everyone had a lovely Christmas 🎄

We'll be reopening our doors from 4pm today for post-work pints, post sale shopping decompression or just a place to sit in comfort and enjoy a pint.

Then, for the Saturdayers we'll be open from 12noon until 10pm. Playing Saturday by ear as it's hard to judge how busy we'll be, if you are planning to come down give us a shout 🪬🍻

Mad Friday / Funny Friday whatever we call it, we're open from 4pm for post-work festive drinks.

Dom 👋 is doing the bar tonight so pop in say Hi and keep him company 🫠🎄

It's also eve and we're preparing ourselves for a mega festive Mirror Moves Special from 8pm Saturday.

Bar open as usual from 12noon on Saturday 🎄🍺

We have fresh cask, loads of keg and cans for drink in and take out for the Christmas period.

IT'S CURTAINS TIME!

Our annual super stouty release is now ready and waiting to be slurped and enjoyed.

This year's CURTAINS ™️ is a Mexican Hot Chocolate Imperial Stout brewed to a majestic 11% and blended with a harmonious mix of ancho chilli, cinnamon and chocolate. It's sumptuous, warming but not spicy, and this year tucked up in a cute 330ml can.

🌶️ Available now on the webstore and via the Tap Room when we open for our last hurrah of 2024 this Friday.

We'll have a bulging keg wall featuring a special first pour of this year's CURTAINS imperial stout.

🌶️Our 2024 version of the annual release is a Mexican Hot Chocolate 11%er - sweet, sticky, with huge chocolate aroma, ancho chilli and cinnamon. Cans aren't quite ready yet they're coming next week, so take a trip down to the tap room to get it fresh on keg.

Introducing 🍊OJ SHAKE SHAKE Orange Milkshake IPA (6.5%) collaboration with 🍊🍊🧃🧃

A beer in the planning for close to a year. Nigel and Tom from Bang the Elephant visited Liverpool to brew a delicious milkshake IPA, full of rolled oats combined with lactose for a creamy, fluffy body.

We dosed it with 100kg of orange puree, lavishly dry hopped with a choice selection of Galaxy, Amarillo and Centennial to create a delicious, lip-smacking juice-bomb brimming with heady aromas of orange zest, blast of citrus, hints of passion fruit, tangerines, pine and wildflowers.

🌞 DOUBLE CAN RELEASE DAY 🌞

We're bursting with excitement to have our core pales, Carmen Mosaic Pale (4%) and We Are Diamonds IPA (6.1%) back available in cans fresh off the line.

Both presented in stunning new printed cans and looking epic.

🍋 Carmen is our beloved best seller, chock full of papaya and tropical fruits wrapped up in a soft body with a fluffy head from the huge amount of oats we added to the mash.

🍑 We Are Diamonds is our core IPA, hopped heavily with Citra. Amarillo and Ekuanot, hazy and topped with a fluffy foamy head. It's piney, with aromas of tropical fruits, sherbet and orange zest 😋 absolutely delish.

Our first can release of 2024 and it's a Carnival classic given some extra oomph.

All Clouds is a beautiful session pale hopped heavily with Simcoe and a touch of Cashmere for loads of tropical fruits aromas, with layers of peach, pineapple, melon and apricot. 🍻

👁️ Bright yellow and opaque
👃🏼 Pineapple and Peach
👄 Full mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Apricot and melon
