Delighted to announce we won Gold on Thursday night, at the Society of Independent Brewers and Associates (SIBA) National Beer Competition held in Liverpool.

All beers in the competition had already won Gold at Regional competitions last year. Higsons Beer Bitter 3.8% cask won Gold in the Cask British Bitter (Up to 4.4%) and also won Silver across all cask beers.

Fantastic news and on the back of gaining the SALSA accreditation a week ago.

Congratulations to the brewing team Matt Buist & Jon Kyme. Thanks to Jon O’Dowd who helps sell the Higsons / Love Lane range around Liverpool. Soph Stores for support on the day and the whole Love Lane Bar & Kitchen team.
Big thank you to the Pubs that stock Higsons Bitter Cask and the Customers who buy it in all the venues it’s available in.
