We stick to traditional techniques, ensuring all of our bakes remain fresh and natural. Did you know, it takes 25 hours to make a loaf of sourdough from scratch?

From gaslight to glamour. Our Liverpool Schloss threw open its doors in December 2022, taking over the historic Radiant House on Bold Street.

Built in the 1920s, this Art Deco landmark was once HQ of the Liverpool Gas Company. Back then, it had showrooms, roof gardens, and even a “Little Theatre” tucked inside. A real beacon of modern living. Since then, it’s been many things – including a food market, and an Argos! But never quite as radiant as it is now.

Now? It’s bier steins, bratwursts and a ballroom full of brass bands, strudel and Bavarian brilliance.
