One year ago I spent 8 days in ICU with sepsis, liver failure, kidney failure, severely underweight and being told I had 72 hours to live, all from taking things a little too far 💓

The second photo is me celebrating my birthday just a month ago, a lot happier. I’m still in hospital more than I’d like and now have stage 3 kidney disease, but hey, life is a lot better🙂‍↕️✨

I think it’s important to talk about this, especially in the events, DJ and promoters industry. Temptations are everywhere, but SO much help is available. can refer you to different services or just have a chat, and there are GPs and drop in centres across Liverpool. If you’re struggling, feel free to DM me too 😌💓
