The Pilgrim Pub It boasts a spiral staircase leading to the function room, which has its own bar.

The Pilgrim is a long-roomed cellar bar popular with students, the Pilgrim has unusual 1950s-style booth seating and a juke-box that plays a wide selection of music from reggae to rock. Via a covered courtyard you will find the entrance where tables and benches provide an outside drinking space. Up to four handpumps serve a selection of ales, with Phoenix beers usually available alongside others from northern breweries.
