Hey there folks, sorry about the lack of posts on the page, with this post I hope to clarify the intentions of this dream that my brother and I have created with you. However I think the best start would be to talk partly about myself. Currently I am living in Northern Ireland but I do Hope to start Booze Brothers within Liverpool with further hopes of extension. I have 6 years and running experience working in various bars. I started off in a hotel in Northern Ireland called The Lodge Hotel where I was employed for three and a half years. During my time there I gained a great interest in bar work as a whole. Mainly however it was cocktails that caught my eye the most. I was in love, both with the crafting aspect and the design/creativity of cocktails. I also love how simply endless the combinations are. You can throw three too twelve different ingredients in different ways and bam you've got an amazing looking, amazing tasting beverage. I then gained a large interest in different whiskeys, liquors and gins and the crafting process of each. I truly find it invigorating learning new ways to do all these mass amounts of different things. It was at this time that I decided I wanted to fully follow the career path of a professional bartender and to then further that into bar ownership, Event Planning and of course Booze Brothers. At this time Booze Brothers is simply an idea but hopefully through time my dream is to have Booze Brothers up and fully running within 2-3 years. If all goes well I would like to have it up and running sooner but only time will tell. I still have so much I can and will learn about the bar industry and events industry itself but I will be changing that in the time to come. Now for Booze Brothers itself. My brother Jamie and I are still talking through exactly how it will start off but the general idea will be as follows.
- Providing a private bartender to both small and large events and gatherings.
- Planning and hosting events in different venues.
- Locating and contacting various types of people for your desired event such as, DJ's, Bands, Decorators, Venues and even transport.
All of which we will happily take complete care of for you! Keeping you updated the entire way so that you can relax and simply wait for the big night. My brother and I both greatly enjoy and look toward to all aspects of what we want Booze Brothers to be. Hopefully as we expand we can do more and more through time, growing and improving both ourselves and Booze Brothers as a whole.
